Project Overview: As the project manager, led the transformative implementation of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. It had an organization-wide impact, affecting every employee and department within KDIPA. The project achieved seamless integration of workflows, revolutionizing operations and collaboration within all departments. Notably, It was seamlessly integrated with key systems including the HR platform, investor portal, mobile application, Active Directory, Datacap (archiving system), and (Public Authority for Civil Information), providing secure authentication for user interactions.
