This initiative entailed studying and preparing estimated budgets for each financial year to cater to the diverse IT needs of every department, including software, PCs, cameras, smart doors, servers, licenses, IP phones, and more. I meticulously crafted tender technical requirements and special conditions, ensuring the successful procurement of essential resources.
