As the Technical Issue Manager for the KDIPA Investor Portal, I played a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless user experience for investors. My responsibilities included addressing technical issues that arose during their portal interaction, with a strong focus on meeting the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution. The portal was integrated with an ECM system for employee side. The investor portal provided essential functionalities such as appointment booking, form submissions, and online payments, enhancing the efficiency of investor engagement with KDIPA.
